In general, orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from confirmation of your order.
All orders are sent by UPS, Purolator or by Canada Post Expedited and are delivered within 1 – 6* business days from their date of shipment. Expected delivery times will vary depending on the Province and location where the item is shipped. All orders within Canada are trackable.
No shipping deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for shipping on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.
Please allow a maximum of two weeks depending on stock availability.
Should you refuse to accept delivery at the time of arrival and merchandise is returned to us, you will receive a credit minus any shipping costs incurred by us plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the package back in perfect selling condition and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account of your order once the necessary delay for investigation is reached.

Note: During holidays and the holiday season, orders can be delayed beyond shipping times indicated.
If a product you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, and we know that it is momentary, then we will do the following:
- Hold your order and ship within 8 days maximum once missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
- Propose a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.
